My hands do not appear anywhere.

I have mac (version 10.8.4), I'm with a problem in importing the hands they do not appear, as you can see from the pictures, the database is okay, the settings in the "Sites & Import Options" also according to this tutorials, please would like to analyze my games, most do not know how to solve it.

You have two tags selected so the hand reports are only showing hands which have either of those tags.
Click where it says "2 Tags Selected" and remove those tags and you'll see your hands again.
