No main menu? Can't change HUD?

Hey,

I purchased PT4 and got it running on my Macbook. I see the HUD and HUD of others. However, I can't find where to personalize the HUD? And I can't find a main menu in PT4? At he top I see the tabs Community, Play Poker and View Stats. In a video I saw above those tabs a menu, but I don't have it somehow? I'm playing on Pokerstars btw.

In the OS X version it's in the bar along the top of the screen, it's not actually connected to the window.
