Hi all i am eligible to upgrade to PT4 from the PT3 version i purchased how do i go about this. cheers

You need to "purchase" PT4 to get a new license key, although if you're eligible for the free upgrade then you won't actually have to pay anything.
If you go to My Account > Order History at the top of this page you should see your upgrade options with links to the appropriate Purchase Page.
