hands missing if i import my PT3 database

i just purchased pt4 and wantet to import my pt3 database which consists of 22'077 cashgame hands. but when it sais "complete", there's only 20'685 in my pt4 database. it seems, that the missing hands are the ones where i had the highest winnings, because:

pt3: 22'077 hands, amount won: $54.07

pt4: 20'685 hands, amount won: $17.74

somehow the import process stops at 20'685 hands. the missing hands seem to be from random sessions, cause my graphs look similar in pt3 and pt4 (they have a similar shape, but the pt3 graph ends at 54$ while the pt4 graph ends at 17$)

Are these hands from different players, or all from the same player? What site were the hands played at?

all hands are from the same player (me), and were played at party poker.

Could you please backup your database in PT3 and attach the backup file to a support ticket and we'll make sure this gets looked into for you. The backup should be small enough to attach given your database size.
