The Zoom Hud cannot work on Mac due to Apple's security policy, so that option isn't available. We hope that PokerStars will make the necessary changes to allow us to support Zoom on Macs, but for now the only fast fold games we can support on Mac are for OnGame and 888.
Alternatively you can run PokerStars in a Windows virtual machine on your Mac.

I play on pokerstars.it, you know if even pokerstars.it will make the necessary changes?
I will play zoom, but without hud it is impossible

Unfortunately I can't say if or when they'll make this change, but I do hope that they decide to someday.

Hello,
I asked the Pokerstars Support and that was the answer:

Can someone explain why the Zoom tables cannot work with the HUD but regular tables can? How are they different and how is this a security issue on the MAC vs regular tables?

PT4 gets its information from the hand histories which are written when a hand completes. For normal tables this is fine because we can update the Hud with information from the previous hand and in most cases the same players are involved in the next hand too.

For Zoom tables you get new opponents every hand and PokerStars doesn't make this list of players available at the start of the hand so PT4 doesn't know whose stats to display.
On Windows we can access this information from the memory space of the PokerStars application, but Mac OSX prevents that type of interaction between applications.

Until PokerStars provides us with a way of accessing the list of players in a new hand, such as the file that OnGame and 888 write for their fast-fold tables, it won't be possible for us to support Zoom on Mac.
