cant export profile

Hi guys,

Im now beginning the process of syncing my PT4 on MAC to a new windows desktop, I started to try exporting my HUD profiles but I get the following error when trying this(see image attached).

Can someone explain me whats this error and how to solve it?

It's implying you have a stat in your HUD that doesn't exist within PT4. Do you use a stat called "M" in your cash game hud?

That's very strange. Could you make a backup of your optional files and send it to us via a support ticket and we'll look into what's going on here.

Definitely, yes. What do you mean by "optional files" ?

I suspect that you copied a Tournament Hud profile to cash - that will include the "M" stat. If you did that, you will need to remove the M stat from the cash profile before you can export it, because M isn't a valid stat for cash.

If you can't find it, you can send us your files as kraada suggested by making a Backup of just the Optional Files (no databases) and attaching it to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread.

White: Tx for pointing that out.

You were right, It appears a couple of stats were added by default on my new Cash HUD profile, stats like M, Tournament Buy in, a couple more were added on the Popup group tab. I believe what I did before creating the cash HUD profile was to duplicate my current Tournament HUD profile into the new cash HUD profile and this messed up everything.

Anyway, I removed all of them and I was able to export just fine. Since it seems Im running some sort of hypbrid HUD is there anyway I can restore the popup group from the default cash HUD into my custom HUD profile? Just the popup one.

In the Hud Profile Editor select the default cash Hud profile and go to the popup that you want to use in your new Hud.
Click the grey disk icon next to the New Group and Delete buttons and choose Export Group.
When you've saved it go to your new profile and select the popup that you want to replace. Click the Delete button to remove it, then click the grey disk icon and import the group that you exported.
Now select the Table Group that you want to link the popup to and use the Assign Popups section to link to it.
