Exporting HH

Guys I've been trying to get set up with a coach. Im looking to export the hand history for one tournament where I made a deep run

Im have a hard time isolating just those hands for import

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Go to a report which shows individual tournaments (such as Statistics > Summary > Group by Tournament or Results > Overview > By Tournament) and select the tournament you're interested in to see the hands. Set the 'most recent 100 hands' dropdown to show 'all hands' then click in the hand report and press Control-A (Command-A on Mac) to select all and right click > Export Hands.
