Problem with PT4

Postby lb88 » Thu Jan 15, 2015 6:12 pm

Hey guys.

After some sessions i like to refresh my graph to see what the profit/loss is for the day. Im a SnG grinder so play lots of games per day. Ive noticed that some games ain't saving properly. I have to go and edit the tournament and change the position i finished and the profit i got. How do i stop this from happening.

Make sure that you have PokerStars configured to save tournament summaries, and PT4 to read them. Check the PokerStars Configuration Guide for details.

Also be sure to wait for the final hand to complete before closing the table window so that the hand is written to the hand history file and imported, and the summary contains full information.

If you have a tournament which doesn't import correctly from the complete hand history and summary files please attach the original hand history and summary files to a Support Ticket and tell us what is wrong, so that we can investigate for you.
By default the original hand history files will have been moved to the Processed folder, which you can access via File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu..

Still doing weird things. For example this picture. Now this is a FPP tourney. Where is this getting it was a $40 buy in? Ive tried to edit the tournament to get rid of it so its $0 but no luck so far. Hope you can help.

Send us the hand history and tournament summary and we'll look into it further for you.
