crash while importing hands for 1st time

Hello,

I'm just trying out the trial version of PT4 to see if I like it and want to set up Parallels on my mac and get everything running there.

I'd like to play around with my stats but PT4 crashes every time I try to import them from my PokerStarsEU file.

Any thoughts on this problem? Thank you.

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
