pt 4 not working (merge)

Not sure what changed but when i open pt4 and “get hands while playing” nothing happens.. no hands are being recorded and no hud. this is version 4.14.8 on a mac on the merge network. Never had any problems like this over the last year + playing with this same setup.

Merge recently updated their software and this update no longer writes hand history files to your computer and so there is nothing to import. We have reached out to Merge's management about this issue and hope to have an official statement soon.
