Presumably you are referring to this thread and the subsequent ticket you submitted (#170306)? That has been resolved so you should update to PokerTracker v4.14.8 if you have not already done so. If you need to reply on this topic again reply to your existing support ticket and report your problem so we can investigate.

I have this version and nothing is solved !!!! same bugs as first day.... i hate PT4 really... what an awful soft...
