Just purchased PT4, can't open it

I just purchased the full holdem version of Pockertracker and every time I try and open it I get this message: "PokerTracker needs to reboot your computer so that the new system configuration will take effect. Reboot Now?"
I reboot my Mac but I am still getting this message.
What should I do??
