Problems with HUD and PT4

Dear PokerTracker members,

I have a problem. Somehow my stats are not showing in PT4, despite multible uploads of hand history.
There are some tournaments results and cash games from back in day, but when I play it is not updating automatically.
I have followed the steps that are suggested and tried to find out what is wrong, but I couldn't find it.

My HUD has never popped up in PokerStars client too, not in cash games and neither in MTT's.
Over at FullTilt is has once, but not for long.

In the image you can see once I open 10NL ZOOM on Pokerstars (Klinkenberg) it refers to FullTilt, which is suspicious to me.
And yeah, my hand history is definitely placed in the right folder, and referred correctly to in the PT4 client.

Can anyone of you give me a suggestion?

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
