PokerTracker

Hey i recently started playing on ACR I've got the tracker set up where it does import hands from my client but it is not displaying the hud. Any advice on how to fix this issue

Please update to our latest version (v4.14.20) of PokerTracker 4 here if you have not already done so however if you are playing Omaha then there is an issue with the HUD on Mac when playing this gametype and this is something WPN will need to fix - the Windows versions of their software does not have this issue. We are investigating if we can workaround this so if you would like to be automatically notified on that then you can open a Support Ticket and quote reference #6201. Should you still have the trouble at Holdem tables then open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

I am currently running 4.14.21 and having the same issue. HUD works fine for NL. Any update on this?

This may require WPN to update their Mac Omaha software as it's doing something different from either Mac Holdem or Holdem/Omaha on Windows machines. We're also looking into whether or not it's something the Mac PokerTracker 4 can be adapted to so if you would like to be automatically notified on that then please open a Support Ticket.
