Says I need upgrade. I downloaded again and got into pt4. Does it work on PS Play Money? How can I get it to launch.

I HAVE NOT USED IT IN OVER TWO YEARS. I play on Bovada.

Yes as long as your PokerStars client has the option to save hand histories locally:

Once that is setup you can test this on a table by clicking "Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing" in PokerTracker 4.

I play on Bovada.

You can manually import downloaded hands from Ignition/Bovada using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk':
