Blocked plug-in

Hey Guys,

I got a Macbook (Mojave 10.14.6) and for some reason I cannot access the videos from the leak tracker on PT4 due to the error (blocked plug-in), does anybody know how to fix that?

Please make sure you have the required Flash Player installed on your computer:

Download Adobe Flash

Select your operating system in Step 1 and then download "FP XX for Firefox" in Step 2. Once you've installed that version, restart PokerTracker 4 and you should be able to watch the in-client videos. The videos are also available to view in your web browser here.

I have done that but now I get a different error type, I am going to attach a screenshot here. Thanks!

Can you please press/hold the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce the problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
